Strategic Planning – a strategy provides an overarching set of criteria you can use in your organization to determine the validity and usefulness of a specific course of action. One can look at the “strategic hierarchy” (mission, goals, objectives, implementations) as a progressively stricter set of guidelines to help you focus organizational activities in the direction of your success. This document outlines a model for analyzing threats, weaknesses, strengths and opportunities and presents a planning tool which you can quickly adapt to your Association.
