Executive Director Evaluation – your Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of your Association, so called because s/he is the chief staff person charged with executing (the root of executive) Association plans. By evaluating this key person, you are helping him/her perform better in the role, and are also helping the Association better accomplish its aims.
