Executive Director Evaluation – your Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of your Association, so called because s/he is the chief staff person charged with executing (the root of executive) Association plans. We have identified significant competencies all Executive Directors should have. By evaluating this key person, you are helping him/her perform better in the role, and are also helping the Association better accomplish its aims.
