Junior Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk

This is a comprehensive position and has flexible hours.

You will be working with multiple not-for-profit client accounts and need to have the ability to work with all levels of management throughout the organization as well as external stakeholders. You should have a financial aptitude and the ability to prioritize workload with exceptional organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data entry
Invoicing
Accounts management
Database updates
Deposits
Collections
Purchase Orders
Filing
Financial queries
Tax preparation and filing

Qualifications:

Proficiency with accounting sofware (Adagio).
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures and coputerized systems.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Salary:

This is a part-time hourly position at a rate of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
